Elemental HERO and dragon decks have useful cards for their graveyards. Some decks use their graveyards as a resource for cards. However, you must make a wise decision or you could be assisting your opponent without realizing it.
This effect can be very devastating if you are able to use it multiple times in a game.
If you know the opposition’s strategy or deck, then send the type of card to the graveyard that hurts his or her deck the most. Vampire Lord is literally draining the life out of the opponent’s deck. His effect is great for removing resources from your opponent’s deck. Vampire Lord’s first effect sends a card from your opponent’s deck to the graveyard. He returns from the graveyard to continue draining your opponent’s deck of its resources. In addition, he is not an easy monster to defeat. His sucks the resources out of your opponent’s deck. I like effects that fit a character’s theme. Vampire Lord’s skills fit the theme of vampires sucking the life out of people. Vampire Lord is a wicked monster from the early days of Yu-Gi-Oh! He lives up to this name.
Once per turn, during your next Standby Phase after this card in your possession was destroyed and sent to your GY by an opponent’s card effect: Special Summon this card from the GY. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Declare 1 type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap) your opponent sends 1 card of that type from their Deck to the GY.
